Vicki Bullard
Vicki was elected to the Executive Board in 2016 and served on the Advisory Board from 2008-2012.
Vicki is a founding member of Coldwater, which was started in 2008, by a passionate group of people who were members of Cornerstone Church in Lee’s Summit. This passionate group felt called to find creative ways to offer hope and love to this community without judgment; to effectively connect with our community and its needs.
Over these 14 years, Vicki has participated in many roles at Coldwater. Currently, she serves as Executive Board Secretary and serves on the Personnel Team. She is also involved in many other volunteer activities such as filing monthly funding reports, managing the database, and assisting with Friends Days.
Vicki retired from the Lee’s Summit R-7 School District after serving as a teacher and school guidance counselor for 30 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri and her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Central Missouri. She attends Woods Chapel United Methodist Church and has been a Lee’s Summit resident for 35 years.
