Alicia McLemore joined the Coldwater board in 2025. She became familiar with Coldwater through her work as the Clinical Director of Adult Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs at ReDiscover.

 

Alicia earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Central Arkansas and her master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Professionally, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has dedicated her career to working in nonprofit work serving her community.

 

In her free time, she can be found at the softball field cheering on her daughter. She, her husband, and daughter have called Lee’s Summit home for the past 11 years.​
